SILENCE

The WORLD lay silenced

Below a blanket of snow

WINTER, dressed in her silver finery  dances below the moonbeams

Trees  dripping with crystal raise the sound of toasting to welcome the cold grasp of WINTER

Come dance with me, if you dare … she beckons

But beware

Of my frozen heart and glassy stare

Come lay beneath  the blanket of snow

Let me

Silence you
and the 

WORLD
lays
